Apparently those who is known as Human Resource did not do their homework properly and thus Serge is going to fuck them over with a cane and abel. How they could do such a mistake, no one knows for sure but Serge is going to find out and get to their bottom. the bottom of it all.

Calculating the possibilities of the assfuckery, something decent might occur at the end of this month. Though this is just a speculation and yet from the information that is within the grasp of his hand, Serge knows this is true. Sadly enough, it reaches an awesomely tax-deductible rating of yorrick. *nods*

It’s 0424hrs and for normal Malaysians, people will not be awake at this ungodly hour. Unless they happen to be Serge or they work in a 24/7 call center, nevertheless work so far has been really awesome. Above average kind-of-calls and really nice customers to boot too. It is just the three of them and their boss is away for a business trip.

Serge is now in see-saw alley as his confirmation hangs in the balance, not due to bad performance but due to the fact that they (the company) do not know how to confirm him at all. Serge’s former boss is trying his best to push Serge’s confirmation period so that he can get that held back money. Which is a lot to say the least.

It is just the first Monday of June and the seven seas of rhye has been placed upon the lap of Serge. All companies, their financial year begins in the month of July which is just one month after June. Due to the new financial year, all annual leaves has to be used by the end of the month. Serge has 5.5days, Fred has 5.5 days and the new guy has some amount of days.

The department only has a headcount of three and thus at any one time, there must be two at any given weekday. Thus today was the sad part of trying to choose the days in June to be off. Three sets were given and the set that was approved falls for Tuesday-Wednesday. From what can be seen here is that the month of June does not seem to be a working month for Serge at all.

in less than 12 hours, Serge begins a new journey once more in the same company but in a different department. 0530 is the kick-off time and hey it’s going to be tough and Serge knows about it and there is something he can do about it and that is not to procrastinate about it for if he did, he will not get things done.

Also in 14 days, the matron leaves for Kathmandu and thus he will need to drive to work. Sad, can’t be lazy anymore. Plans to go out and meet up with the lil kitty has been made, she wants to get that coat which she really looks good in it. Also need to collect money for maintenance.

Consider the following, a man trained for one task and in 6 weeks he was placed into a venue where the skills which he was trained will be made to use. One month later he moves to a different venue and loses his current skill set and learns a new one in less than a day but gains ample compensation at the end of the day. Consider this fact as this is Serge.

Serge the man who was trained for the Nokia SEAP project for 6 weeks, answered call for nearly one month and then moving out of Nokia SEAP and into Nokia Siemens. There a training of less than 4 hours was conducted. Working hours is bit screwed up, thanks to the fact that Serge needs to support Australia. Good part, only a limited amount of products to support and it is only Monday to Friday for the time being and work hour ends 1430hr(UTC+8). Pay wise, wisely indeed.

and so in all hilarity, the assistant managers in the office has in one unanimous voice stated that Serge and a co-worker by the name of Eric are twins and one of them who just recently became a supervisor had asked Serge if they were related to each other.

For all that is good, both of them have different surnames and how can they say the two of them are related ? Both have short hair and spiked up, both uses white earphone with both of them having only oneside into the left ear while the other is the headset to answer the phone, they also wear the same shape glasses as well as wear a jacket and zip it up almost to the top….. When in the world are Serge and Eric related ?

Got back around 2000hrs before diving into a meal of KFC Zinger and a quick bath that accumulated to less than 10 minutes. Don’t give that look now, he eats fast and baths….even faster lol.

Work for the day was just usual -greeting- followed by the customary -closing-. As some of the readers might be working in a service industry, they might know the term Service Level. This term is the bane of all those who works in this industry esspecially Serge. The company which he works for tries to maintain a service level of about 90% and above.

there is nothing worst for serge than getting some sort of sickness that affects his respiratory tract. If it was an aching back, a sprained ankle or carpal-tunnel syndrome, it would have been alright for serge. But no… he had to be hit by a nose that should be named Ben Johnson and a throat so sore you could polish a diamond to have the -heart & arrow- refraction into it.

in his line of work, anything that aggravates his voice and his tonality in speaking is never good. so badly did he want to take half-day annual leave or MC, but it’ll be a waste not to mention he would like to have a good clean attendance record in this present company. Which company is he working for ? Well it’s a call center which takes care of a very famous phone.
