For some strange reason Serge is unable to access Del.iciou.us. Have checked their domain name status and it is ok, yet he is still getting a 404 and sometimes he gets those placeholder that companies usually use to hold a domain name.

Hopefully this issue is solved soon as this week or so Serge’s posting ideas for normal entries has died.

That dear friends is how Windows Live Messenger version 2009 (Build 9.0.1407.1107) looks like. Somewhat clean and some of you are asking, are the sidetabs gone ? Well, since Serge did not hack the thing he will say YES and No.

Last week, Serge was given an invitation to preview the new an improved Nuffnang 2.0 by Timothy Tiah. This entry is old news, due to time constraint and the fact that Serge is still alpha-testing the system, he will write this part of the entry as brief as possible.

The preview began around 1600hr, here began the journey of items and stuffles which many, many, many Nuffnang users would like to see but can’t. The three of us, were fortunate to look at the Nuffnang 2.0, which by the way has been previewed in Singapore.

While going through Lifehacker , Serge chanced upon this article which says that Gmail will be having a storage of 6GB. You read that right 6 GigaByte worth of email space. Now this amount of space is about three quarters of the web space given by his current web hosting company. In most cases, there will be speculation, Serge thought it was some joke and apparently it is not.

Serge has been invited for the above event. Though it is not the full epic event, but this one is just basically a sit-down chat and socialize event.

Many thanks to Nuffnang for the invite. Serge will be at Bangkok Thai Jazz Bistro @ Chulan Square from 1500hr till 1800hr today. It’s that time of day to socialize

Gmail : A Behind the Scenes Video.

Basically participants are suppose to make a video with the M-Velope for 10 seconds where it entes from the left and exits through the right.

While thinking of what to do, Serge decided to make a prop as he has an idea. He started off with the following, as this is the essence of his video plan :

Next up is the secondary part as it is being made from leftover boxes and stuffs. Cellophane tape, double sided tape, blades and rulers and an old mousepad as a cutter board were the tools used.

Finally the final product.
