Nokia X6 with Boys Like Girls

Mont Kiara hosted the launch of the Nokia X6 and did they screw up badly. Nothing left to lose and also to try his luck at getting the X6 which was retailed at RM2100 for RM66, Serge waited at the gates at 1500hrs for an event that only starts at 1900hrs.

Heavy rain was the only objectionable object that force him to leave the gate area. When the rain subsided and became lighter, he and his motley crue waited at the gate. At about 1700hrs they let a rowdy bunch of 300 people in but they stopped after about 150 or so entered. We were pushed and Serge basically floated in the swarm like a magician.

Project 365 : Day 24 – Lanyards

Lanyards, those stuffle that we wear around our neck to whole our tags and even our cellphones. Serge loves them and is beginning to enjoy those with nice designs. The three lanyards which you see in the picture has a history.

The Microsoft was given to him when he attended the Tech-ED. The Nokia lanyard was from the Nokia 5800 launch. While the AXN is due to his love for CSI and last but not least the Animax tag which is from Comic Fiesta

Nokia 5800 XPM – Want one ?

As many of you know, Nokia’s latest music phone is out and it is their first touch screen until the N97 hits the market. Anyway, Serge knows that you would like to own the Nokia 5800 XPM And you dear readers can win this phone by entering a simple contest. That contest is to make a music video using Nokia 5800’s official theme music.

Nokia XPM Malaysian Launch

And so on the 9th of January 2009, the Nokia 5800 Xpress Music phone is launched. The stage of the event was at The Pavillion which is located at Bukit Bintang. The time was 1900hrs, the crowd quite a number to say about 100+ people was there.

How was the event? Well, Serge arrived at about 1830++ and that was after he collected his Hatsune Miku figma from Ultimate Toys. Thanks to the early arrival, he had peppermint tea at the bistro nearby. Soon people started to come and waited for the event to start which started fashionably late but miraculously early.
