And so after work and making the kitten wait at KLCC, Serge went off to see the kitten who was busy watching/doing something on her Mac. Later those two headed off to Padi House which is near to Serge’s office to have lunch and lunch/dinner (for the case of Serge)

They ordered, grilled lamb chop and grilled salmon rice. How the food taste for the grilled salmon rice, Serge does not know. He will probably ask the kitten later on.

Anyway the grilled lamb was terrible, the bone to meat ratio is 2 to 1. Very bad, though he must commend that the meat was soft and tender but the taste rather bland. All he can say is, the next time he gets his ass here to eat with anyone of his colleagues or friends, he will avoid this particular dish.

It’s a Sunday and like all outstanding church going men out there, Serge went to church. Assumption Church is the place he went and it is located at Petaling Jaya next to the Assunta Hospital. Serge attended the 1130hrs service which was just normal.

What was not normal was the journey here. He awoke from his slumber thanks to his matron at about 1000hrs before having his meal, cleaning himself and shooting off at about 1100hrs. As Serge lives around the Kelana Jaya area, he normally takes the Federal Highway to go to Assumption Church (which is the preferred church of his matron).

Located at Taman Tun Dr. Ismail , this restaurant here serves one of the best loh si fun in Malaysia. Serious business this place has. Not only is the food good, its affordable as well. Serge was here having dinner with his family and what they ordered was loh si fun, fried rice with salted fish, marmite pork rib, baby kai lan with garlic and lala with something. Last dish slipped Serge’s mind.

The loh si fun, Serge will not comment about it as that is something the audience need to try it out for themself. With all honesty it’s good but Serge isn’t a loh si fun fan to begin with. Skipping review on the lala thingy cause Serge doesn’t eat it.

Serge decided to make some chocolate sauce. Like all recipes, one should improvise and not follow the instructions to the tee unless you’re making a bomb. Serge didn’t follow the instructions and the results, some what powerful as you will find out right after the jump.

And so yesterday was an event organized by the people known as All Malaysian Bloggers Project (AMBP). Talks from Peter Tan, Kimberly Cun, Rohan Thomas, Project Petaling Street dude, some dude from Cinema Online gave talks.

People whom Serge recognized was , Patricia, Melissa, Shaz, KY, Hui Meng (sorry lar forgot how to spell his name), Sashi and Frederick. Most of the faces are new to Serge, which is a good thing as he would like to know more Malaysian bloggers. It was a surprise for him to see Natalie, whom he has not seen for this past 5 years plus. Now, now, don’t go running about and ask him why; for Serge himself does not have an answer.
