Now Proud Mary was originally sang by John Forgerty who is the original composer and guitarist of this song where most listeners have thought that the song was called “Rollin’ on the River”. It was nice to listen to the cast sing this song but Serge was a little bit put off by Artie Abrams vocal in this particular song.
Sure Artie Abrams who is played by Kevin Michael McHale who is in real life a pop singer of former boy band group NLT is a good singer (more on this later), but on this one.. its just meh !
However, Serge must say that in the song Dancing with Myself, a song originally sung by Generation X had good placement in this episode; And it is the song for Serge that highlighted Kevin Michael McHale’s voice.
