KLIFW – Pretty in White
This year the Kuala Lumpur International Fashion Week was held at Pavillion KL. Serge was there on Saturday and was a little bit late as he missed the showcase that began at 1530hrs and was not able to enter as a media. While the showcase which featured designs by Fantastiquemen, he went to a location that did not have a good view but nonetheless started to take some pictures of the models before the next showcase began.
The next showcase began at 1730hrs and it was the Celestial Collection-Pretty in White by Celest Thoi. Pretty in White showcased a repertoire of awesomely gorgeous wedding gown dresses. This would be Serge’s first time looking at a wedding gown collection and by the celestial moons, it’s gorgeous and mesmerizing. Another eye opener of the showcase was how the best looking Celestial Collection was not the one with an elaborate design but the one with simplicity. Below are some of the collection.
Obviously white is symbolic with purity as what a wedding should be, but having just white wouldn’t cut it and thus other colored designs were showned as well and seriously; Serge loves it as much as the purity color collection in the first half.
The showcase ended around 1830hrs and what a fun view for Serge and to many who now has their sights on their wedding day. So next time if you are going to get married and want to get yourself a good, luxurious and elegant wedding gown; look no further then to Pretty in White by Celest Thoi. PS – at the said location above, you can take photograph of their collection in their store and that is really awesome since most designers would whip asses as they fear their design might be stolen.
