Define @ KL Life Centre
About two weeks ago, a pr company called Serge for an event. Seeing that he really had nothing to do, Serge accepted the invitation and in the following week he received an actual invitation card to the Define event. This had a nostalgic feeling as most of the events which Serge goes to requires him just to say his name to access the party. Now this, he had to bring a card which the pr company actually sent.
As usual, arrived early and they started late. Only allowed us entrance about an hour after the announcement time. Never mind to the Malaysian timing for even though Serge was there for a short period; it was definitely awesome.
Music in the earlier half was mixed by Twilight Action Girl and though not a big fan of them, tonight the mixing is good. Not to rough on Serge’s elite ear nor was it too boring. TAG mix well and talking about mixing which isn’t the global art of mixing, were the drinks. Besides the Carlsberg, the Dewar’s with coke, orange and something else were really good.
In nearly all events that Serge has been to, it’s either too watery or the base is too damn thick that you feel like you’re swallowing tar water. Tonight is a different story. Nicely mix except some which manage to escape ISO 9001.
Saw some old acquaintances there and met new people. If we did not have transportation issues, Serge would have *cough* one of them that night, but that is something which can be discussed later.
After TAG was the Venezuelan DJ who could break Serge’s face with her boobs. As strong as she looks, her music was much stronger that you just want to head bang. After a few more drinks and killing the liver and kidney (singular), Serge left with a good alcoholic feeling thanks to the Define event.
