Jumping to a new career
Changing career is a hard thing to do. For Serge with over 6 years in a single job industry and with many job hops, how is he going to change career ? Well jumping to a new career can be a daunting task and for the love of all that is good, change career for the following reasons only :
1. You want a role that is more creative, more analytic or more management-oriented.
2. You want to live in a location that does not accommodate your current career.
3. You want more flexibility or fewer hours.
