Let’s see, Serge is tired…waaaaay tired but he feels a need to update here.

Work, same old shit with the same good pay. Can’t complain about that. The course, he will be taking it even though he just doesn’t feel comfortable about it. Let’s just hope that, that does not happen. Met up with Evil and Takaa. Chit-chat, laugh, joke and dialogue about this and that in not so fluent Malay. Jokes about people whom we knew and how we wish some who are there at where they are stayed there.

Went to the PC Fair for a review of prices and ended up buying ram for the Escaflowne. The amount of Maxis, P1, U Mobile, Digi and Celcom Broadband has made the last hall a sea of blue, orange, green, yellow and purple. Eyesight has gone down the drain, as one of the booth girls was adjusting her sagging top with such an effort that will put Eva Herzigova to shame. Google that name and you will know who. Besides the uplifting experience, why the hell were there promoters in a nurse outfit ?

As the Evil one stated, “I think we have just entered a strip club”. The Gypsy which wears a dress is whom, we met up with and then came along Takaa who left us earlier on. We talk about Gyp, Yukina and the Kitsu.

Gyp left for work, Evil and Takaa headed off; Serge went back to the PC Fair. Spoke for awhile with the kitten, left around 1900hrs. Arrive at the station 1945hrs and waited till 2020hrs++ before the bus came.

FSCK… And tomorrow he has that kakiis event.

It’s the 11th and well with all the announcement which Serge has made so far the Comic Fiesta event will commence in 9 days, with Serge just missing 1 element in his devillish gay move. Though the other project he has plan can still go as soon as he find a cheap ski mask that is less than RM30.

Work today is good in a sense, but with the sudden realization that his job contract is about to end within the next 90 days; is not a happy day. The company (why the hell does it sound like Pine Hearst?) is offering an awesome globally-recognized certification course at a price no limbo master can pass up the challenge.

Here lies the situation that is making Serge’s head spin like a top. The course starts in the second week of January 2009, 4 months is the period and thus ends around April/May. Serge’s contract ends in March.. Do you see where Serge is going ? If he took the course and contract expires, he will have to pay the full amount and not the discounted staff price.

We’ll have industry bigwigs from companies such as Animasia Studios, Imaginary Friends Studios of Singapore, Foldees, GempakStarz, Eden Animation, Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC) and more to review your portfolios! In fact, you may even catch the interest of these industry players and, perhaps, get a shot at working with them! All you need to do is bring yourself, your portfolio, and be at our Portfolio Pavilion* to get feedback for your works!

And yes, it’s completely FREE! Just attend Comic Fiesta 2008 @ Sunway Convention Centre on December 20 and December 21, 2008! Remember to get your tickets for Comic Fiesta 2008 if you haven’t already!

Why are we doing this?
Comic Fiesta was created for fans, by fans. Once most of us joined the working force, we realised that it was difficult for us fans to continue doing what we loved, as there was a gap between what we wanted to do, and what we were being offered. The Portfolio Pavilion was conceived to bring key representatives and icons from Malaysia’s, and its neighbouring region, comic industry closer to the fans, bridging this gap. So bring your best works and show them what you’re made of!

You never know if you’ll be offered a job on the spot based on your portfolio and your skills!

somehow during these days which has passed us by, Serge just can’t seem to put his mind into things and read them the way they are. It’s a gift to forecast what would and should and could have happen with great ease, though it is this same trait that has cause his untimely downfall.

As many of the citizens know, he has a project which involves a vest. He saw that particular vest about a month ago, there were no sales so he waited as he knew December will have year-end sales. Thus he went again to the same brand store but in a different location, saw it that… procrastinated as he would like to find one that is nice and of somewhat better quality.

Did not find it, so the next day he went back and for all the things to happen it is gone!. That particular item is gone. His head spinned like a lighthouse, he threw his hands up in the air like he just don’t care; how on earth did he not manage to forsee that it could have been gone. Worst part was the notion in his motion that he could do this in less than 12 days.

Miracles are something that Serge has done before and by the grace and power melded in this hands of his, may he find that vest. Well enough of this nonsense, Serge will be seeing his gattai brother THE SARAWAKIAN.
