Respiratory Downgrade

Wednesday, April 23rd, 2008

there is nothing worst for serge than getting some sort of sickness that affects his respiratory tract. If it was an aching back, a sprained ankle or carpal-tunnel syndrome, it would have been alright for serge. But no… he had to be hit by a nose that should be named Ben Johnson and a throat so sore you could polish a diamond to have the -heart & arrow- refraction into it.

in his line of work, anything that aggravates his voice and his tonality in speaking is never good. so badly did he want to take half-day annual leave or MC, but it’ll be a waste not to mention he would like to have a good clean attendance record in this present company. Which company is he working for ? Well it’s a call center which takes care of a very famous phone.

darker-than-black

While going through the daily threads of news around the world and his weekly reads. Serge read an article about a material made by man that is darker than black. The material, a thin coating comprised of low-density arrays of loosely vertically-aligned carbon nanotubes, absorbs more than 99.9 percent of light and one day could be used to boost the effectiveness and efficiency of solar energy conversion, infrared sensors, and other devices. This material was made by the researchers at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Rice University.

Apart from this achievement, they have applied for a Guinness World Record for their efforts. Shawn-Yu Lin, professor of physics at Rensselaer and a member of the university’s Future Chips Constellation, who led the research project; stated that

And so on Christmas Day which is obviously today, Serge was hit by a bout of porcelain throne warming sessions that could in fact melt the north pole and flood the northern hemisphere. Yes folks, he fell sick today. Stricken with abdominal pains that churns the stomach in such a manner that it had sent him to the cold showers at least 15 times today.

The medicine of which he took was not so uber powerful as he had to take double the amount for it to work

At the beginning of this week, Serge spoke about the Terry Fox Run. Today was the event and he was there. He arrived at Lake Gardens with his mother courtesy of a ride from his sister. Serge was just mingling about, talking to people.

Somewhere during the first 15 minutes he met Jeff Ooi, who was there as part of the LensaMalaysia team to take photos of the runners.

Having a major headache right now. It’s located on the right side of his head, possibly it’s a migraine. Probably not, this is not the age to be getting migraines. But who knows ? The way we humans have been growing, our evolution has change us for better and for worse. So to be hit by a migraine is quite possible. Let’s just hope that this is just a one off thing. If not, it will not bode well with his infernal plans to rule the world !!!

Oops, sorry about that. Evil side was getting in the way. Body is aching as well and the eyes are straining bad. Brutally honest as this sounds, is the fact that this company has screwed with Serge waaay too much. Four days of 12 hour shifts and then giving a one day rest ?

Terry Fox

All of us love to run, for running strengthens us both physically and physiologically. Each step we take, blood pumps throughout our system. Each breath we take, oxygenates our blood. The spur of adrenaline keeps us moving onward and forward to the finish line.

Healthy for you and for everyone who runs. Yet many of us do not know that we can run for a good cause, a cause which is great as we can help those who needs to be helped. What Serge is talking about is the Terry Fox Run. This event is held every year to collect funds just like the Marathon of Hope, to help the people who has cancer and to help out researchers find a cure for cancer.
