“Don’t go…..”

“Don’t leave me”

“I don’t want to be alone anymore”

He got up from bed, she was just holding on to his trailing bathrobe. He looked to the left where the balcony was, rain was pouring down. God was crying, she was crying and he too was crying deep within his heart. The years that he has been together with her, all those days and seconds.

She had eyes that was swollen from all the crying, she wanted him not to leave her at all. He wanted to leave. She argued with him about everything and anything in the past. Now when push comes to shove, she began to realize how much she love him and how much he means to her. What could she do ? What in the name of the heavens can she do to bring him back ?

He stared out into the sun with one hand out stretch toward that direction, with palms open and letting the ray of sunlight streak through between each finger.

“The rays are lovely, it is like a kaleidescope”, he stated.

He then turned away and cleaned himself in the washroom and came out and sat next to her. He lifted her chin and kissed her forehead. Tears flowed out from her as he got up and left the room.

Furniture flew and after calming down, she noticed that there was a piece of paper in her breast pocket. She open the note and she smiled and she cried too. For it read ;

” I will return and with my return you will know how much you meant to me”

With that afterglow of the night before, he left the bed and kissed her. She was still asleep, the passionate love making had tired her out. Only her tears were flowing, she could feel him kiss her. She wanted to say something, anything at all to make him stay.

He left with only a hint of regret. He knows that life goes on and at the end of the days in all ways everything will rise and fall. And no one in this world can ever go through life without at least a suffering of any form.

Everyone wants to leave the party.

Waiting Days

Tuesday, August 21st, 2007

The rain started to cease. The sun began to break through behind the clouds. He and she stood in the middle of the park, both of them drenched from the sudden downpour that just happen a few seconds ago. It came as quickly as it went, she look into the sky and place both her hands out stretch and making a photo-frame. He stood there smiling. They both left the area and went on their own seperate ways.

While walking back, he stop at the local tavern. In that tavern one of his comrades had a place reserved for him. After a few drinks they began to chat.

You saw her didn’t you, comrade ?
Yes, I did my friend. I am happy
Hahaha, you’re a bad liar. You still won’t tell her
Now isn’t the time. Besides, i rather have this unrequited love for her.

His friend stood up and left the tavern, but that was before punching him in the face and and tossing him into the corner and saying some words.

Whether it is the right time or not the right time, it isn’t for you to decide. Love is a gamble boy, love is blind, you will never get the perfect cards and deal out a royal flush in this game of love. Don’t you dare be a fool and think you can see every outcome. For every outcome changes and things change. Whether or not you could make her happy in the future is something I cannot predict. What I can predict is that if you do not hurry you will lose her. And nothing is as painful as losing someone and not telling the person how much that person means to you boy.

He wipe his bleeding mouth and tried to stand up but fell down. It wasn’t the aching stomach or the bruised rib that he now suffers. It was because what his comrade said was correct. Delaying it any further will be devastating. However, how could he gather the strenght that was needed ?
