House MD S5E5 - Lucky Thirteen

With the starting scene for this episode like this,you know that this is going to be one hell of a story and the fact remains that more information about this episode is right after the jump.
In an apartment, Thirteen and a female stranger gets it going in awesome lesbian sex. After their romp, Thirteen gets up to freshen up. At this point her friend starts to have a seizure, Thirteen calls the hospital and sends her in. Before the title card she says that she does not know the name of the patient.
After the title card, we see House looking into a room while Cameron tries to give him a chart that might pique his interest. After witnessing what he wanted to happen he rushed into Wilson’s room and yes he is back on the Princeton-Plainsborough payroll. Wilson had just fallen of his chair thanks to House’s intervention or as House will put it, his way of saying welcome back.
Then we go to the all natural phase of differential by the ducklings and House’s need to know about Thirteen and her romp. Thus in one of the diagnostic test he ask the patient about Thirteen. On a scale of 10, Thirteen gets a 7 in the hot lesbian sex department. Apparently the patient knew about House and had used Thirteen to get to him as she is suffering from something. Thirteen is not pleased and asked her to leave until the patient begins to fall sick again, oh so cliché.
As the symptom started in Thirteen’s apartment, House with former car-jacker Foreman, investigates the apartment. When they return home, they believe that the cause was by a spider bite. With that information, Thirteen goes and see the patient to check her body for any bite marks. None found and thus it is another thing all together now and we get to know that Thirteen has some asthma problems.
Patient is being operated and Foreman informs Thirteen that he had found substance in her apartment but did not tell House. Later we have Thirteen who is caught getting high via an IV by Cuddy and subsequently brought into the office. Here House saves Thirteen’s dignity from taking a drug test but fires her outside Cuddy’s office. House on the other side is talking about this new girl Wilson is seeing. Which is a former prostitute who is going to Wilson for some tuition.
We skip some scenes, patient is apparently dying and Thirteen feels sorry about this and sleeps next to her. Next day at House’s office, Thirteen is rehired and here House takes a notice on Thirteen’s lips which was dry. He asked if the patient had cry and Thirteen stated no. The answer to what ails the patient is found and it is Sjogren’s Syndrome and yet again a patient lives!
And we have hot awesome lesbian sex in the end too.
