C の 世界 - Code Geass R2
Monday, July 21st, 2008Apparently Clamp and Sunrise did what no one would expect them to do, but since this is Clamp and they are famous for some major plot twister; Serge was preparing himself for something. Of course no matter how one is prepared, these people knows how to fuck things up in a good way.
In this episode entitled The World of C, we begin with the anti-hero Lelouch in Akasha infront of his father the King of Britannia (Charles). Charles tempted his son to use his geass on him, however Lelouch did not as Charles too owns the same geass although of different, both of them needs eye contact.

Of course Lelouch does some fancy trick and gets to kill the King. In a Pyrrhic victory he walked towards the corpse thinking of what he should have ask or done. But in this world, Charles lives and makes a fool of Lelouch in both his mental and emotional well-being.
Later in the story we see one of the members of the Black Rebellion being kunai-ed by the lovely supermaid and being rescue by the villain of sorts. Heading back to Akasha, some history of C.C is revealed and something about the true wish is mentioned.
Excellent episode in a sense that it toppled the plot twist of Jeremiah joining the Black Rebellion. Who would have thought that they will strip the memory and now the child is born fresh with fear and needs to relearn. The world is changing and it isn’t waiting for any of them.

Lost Christmas - Part 1
Sunday, July 20th, 2008It was the night of Christmas Eve and somewhere on the other side of eternity (which is somewhere after today but before tomorrow) a tear of incredible sadness slowly welled up within the eye of a beautiful young lady. The sorrow within the tear was so great, that though it desperately wanted to stay with her to give whatever comfort it could, the weight of the pain it contained eventually caused it to fall. It fell through eternity, across countless galaxies, star systems and universes until it found itself entering the atmosphere of our own world.
There, while falling through the clouds, it was slowed for a moment as it landed on a strand of the Princess of Winter’s snow-white hair. The tear ran to the end of that strand, where it lingered for a moment, before continuing its fall. The Princess, having noticed her small visitor, had blessed the teardrop transforming it into a snowflake, which allowed it to continue the remainder of its journey in a gentle descent among countless other snowflakes, until it finally landed in front of an old toy store in New York City.
Now, while the snowflake was nestling in amongst its fellow winter travelers, downtown in the business district on Wall Street, all was unusually quiet. The streets were empty of people and cars and a thick layer of still falling snow muffled everything, even the footsteps of dreams on their way to tomorrow. Everyone had gone home early to prepare for all the promised magic of the next day and the lights were out in every office window.
Well, nearly every office window. Up on the fifty-eighth floor of one massive office building, a single office window was still brightly illuminated in cold fluorescent light. Within that office sat a businessman going through legal documents. He was a gentleman, in his early sixties with graying hair, but still in excellent physical condition. Calling for his secretary, the man was visibly annoyed to have received no response.
Getting up, he looked out his office door only to see every desk and cubicle empty. “Christmas,” he muttered disgustedly as he realized that everyone had long since gone and he would be getting no other work done this night. Putting on his coat and scarf, he grabbed his briefcase and left. Stepping out to the street, his frustration mounted as he soon came to the conclusion that his probability of finding a cab was extremely low at best. Resigning himself to the situation, he pulled his coat a little tighter and started walking home. [to be continued]

Thursday, July 17th, 2008Usually Serge’s matron drops him off at his office before returning back home. Today seemed normal or could have been, however asshattery and buttcappery seem to be fallen.
Due to the fact that Serge’s schedule runs like near clockwork, it is a possibility that the house was marked. After dropping Serge off and in about one hour later, the matron called and stated the Honda got stolen. It was early in the morning and of course with his mental state of mind he did not believe it at first.
So he carried on his way, doing his work. Done with that he came back. Lo and behold, a missing car. How did it happen ? Well the Matron, when arriving back to the residence felt that something was a missed and noticed some suspicious looking characters in a car nearby. Thus the matron delayed getting out of the car.
Though for some unknown reason and not following the sixth sense which the matron has (and had always protected the matron), the matron got out of the car. Open one side of the gate and suddenly got pushed at the side of the shoulder. Cellular was grabbed and mystery person jumped into the car and drove of.
Now then, what is Serge to say ? Nothing really, this suppose to concern him yes. However, a part of him knew that this will happen. It’s sad to say this, Serge does not seem to give a damn, he knows he should.
Time will move on, the scars will heal. What is done is done and nothing can change what has happened. Of course a police report has been made and now we will just prepare for the worst and hope for the best. Oh humanity and the one above all, let this nightmare be over.
