On a sidenote, someone has captured Serge and thus he is going for this event. So far so good, workwise that is. Apparently some of his fellow colleagues has already been confirmed, his might take awhile since it is a new department which he is in now.
The service level so far has been excellent, then again with the number of calls that we handle.. not much to say.
