Onward Moving
By Serge Norguard. Filed in Personal, Work Related |Consider the following, a man trained for one task and in 6 weeks he was placed into a venue where the skills which he was trained will be made to use. One month later he moves to a different venue and loses his current skill set and learns a new one in less than a day but gains ample compensation at the end of the day. Consider this fact as this is Serge.
Serge the man who was trained for the Nokia SEAP project for 6 weeks, answered call for nearly one month and then moving out of Nokia SEAP and into Nokia Siemens. There a training of less than 4 hours was conducted. Working hours is bit screwed up, thanks to the fact that Serge needs to support Australia. Good part, only a limited amount of products to support and it is only Monday to Friday for the time being and work hour ends 1430hr(UTC+8). Pay wise, wisely indeed.
Think about it, Serge abandon a non-sinking ship to move a long a ship that has just started its journey. He is and will be a pioneer and now need to figure out a few things such as what road to use to drive to KLCC area and all that jazz.
