Monday, May 5th, 2008Got back around 2000hrs before diving into a meal of KFC Zinger and a quick bath that accumulated to less than 10 minutes. Don’t give that look now, he eats fast and baths….even faster lol.
Work for the day was just usual -greeting- followed by the customary -closing-. As some of the readers might be working in a service industry, they might know the term Service Level. This term is the bane of all those who works in this industry esspecially Serge. The company which he works for tries to maintain a service level of about 90% and above.
