And so the mind spins with thoughts and countless imaginations of things that has yet to happen. Things that could happen and things that could not happen. For this things are kept closed to his heart and not many knows about it. Not even those whom he shares some form on intimacy will ever know the pain of his soul. What can they do ? They are not him.
They are not who he is. For the burden which he bears is his own and bare his soul to those who are intimate with him will probably crush them and a feeling of despair will not overwhelm them. Instead the feeling of regret, of fear and of despair will be upon the heart and soul of Serge. No one should be allowed to carry his burden, no one at all.
Probably this is why, he could never tell that person on how he truly feels. Just for today and for the days that moves onwards, stay still beating heart of his, stay still. And forever protect those close to him from the distance, diving in to help and save their soul and yet leave no trace of his existence. No one should remember him, no one. The deeds are the only thing that should be left. No more no less.
