A full rundown of what happened yesterday will be out in maybe 12 hours. In anycase around 1530hrs, Serge somewhat witness a snatch theft taking place. He was at The Pavillion which is located next to Tangs Bukit Bintang. While waiting for his mother, a chinese man ran pass him followed by some other people chasing the said person.

The image above was taken about 1-2 minutes after the thief was apprehended and was given the smackdown malaysian style.
