Sleep Depriviation
Sunday, April 22nd, 2007According to science and social study, humanity functions best when they have had an optimum 8 hours of sleep. Now, in some cases this is true. But in other cases it is just a whole load of semi-solid crap with a few hints and traces of thruth. (source)
Apparently, the average sleep lenght is about 7 to 7.25 hours of sleep. So getting that much of sleep instead of 8 hours is alrite, also it depends the the physique of the individual. Some individuals can have 8 hours of sleep and yet feel sleepy in the office and there are those who just gets 5 hours of sleep and yet has more attention in class than any other.
