Nothing beats an Indian barber. Who cares about Vidal Sassoon or other infamous hair stylist who charges nearly an arm and a leg for a hair cut and a hair style that will probably die off in the next 2 weeks. Seriously an Indian Barber wins all.
Just for RM10 you get a hair cut of your choice and if you asked they give you that neck-cracking massage that relieves the stress on your shoulder for free. Best of all (if you did not ask for a shaved head) if you would like to cut a lil bit more, they won’t even charge extra.

LOL… I think you can even ask them to shave your beard off for free too :p (assuming you have any facial hair to shave off >D)

I once was able to see an indian barber while I was in Iraq, it was by far the best haircutting session Ive ever had. Do you know of any in the new york area by any chance
