Times like this I wonder at myself, why do I look so calm on the outside but panicking like some maniacally insane fool on the inside?

The above was taken from a journal of someone known to Serge. For those who knows, shush be with you always.

Come to think of it, many of us has this fear. A fear to let people know what really is deep within our hearts. We have all been taught that looks does not matter but it is what is inside our heart that counts. In some aspect that holds very true, but in this materialistic world that we live in, face value counts for a lot of things. Make that it COUNTS for nearly everything.

Well now, on July 28, 2007 will be the day that Serge deprives himself of the necessary sleep and will blog for 24 hours straight. Now, why would one deprive him/herself from necessary sleep ? To Serge the reason is simple. It’s the 2007 Annual Blogathon. Where webloggers join in to blog for 24 hours making a minimum post every 30 minutes. At the same time collecting pledges for the charity of their choice.

And like the past 2 years, Serge will be taking UNICEF. Last year the collection was $76, this year he would like to get more for it. Therefore, when the necessary information has been placed at Blogathon…a full scale wordpressing epic will begin. If possible, Serge would like you guys and gals to participate as well. It’s just for 24 hours, it’s for a good cause.

So chinese new year is over. Not exactly what it was 10 years ago. It’s just the same thing. Traditions, traditions and more traditions for most of the chinese community who would like to uphold their traditional believes. For Serge it’s just another 2 days of nothingness, only the nice part is the fact one can get red packets containing monetary income without the need to work for it. Although one must say some magical words before one can get hold of one.

And thus today Serge learns another secret. What is Serge the walking magnet for metallic secrets ? Does he attract secrets from other people ? Who knows.

But what is true is this, secrets that he keeps is dangerous. Dangerous in a sense that it can break friendships, make enemies and makes everyone feel guilty for it and also the trust one might had for another be shattered in an instance, if that secret is ever revealed.

But what is one to do, when someone comes up to another and reveals a secret and you swore to secrecy to keep it. And then the person you are keeping a secret comes to you and tells you a secret and you swore to keep it a secret from the other person. It hits you with plenty of guilt.

and today, Dusty would like to speak.

i somehow think that yesterdays artjam was a failure. there was about 30 fellas, but out of that 30 fellas who came only about 1% was going around talking to people and learning stuff. The other 99% was in their own world and just came for the artjam for they just wanted to gather and seat down and just do their own bloody work.

10 months old, started in April 2006. Losing money in the eyes of the office and the company based in other parts of the globe. 3 months given and with this all will know their fate. The fate of job security hangs in the balance in the next 3 months and not just for one but for all.

Plans are in motion, lets hope it stays and we all be secured. If not, jobless we all are and thus Serge will need to start looking for another job soon. Headaches.
