And we can say that the waterfall of life has just started. Who would have thought about the pain and pleasure it can bring at the same time. Yet we all know about it, at the same time we deny it.

Maybe that it is because we are just who we are.

Basically it’s just another title which has no meaning what so ever than the madness instilled within the heart of Serge.

It’s the fourth day of work and because they are not trained properly, the group of misfits which Serge is with does not have a permanent place yet. Which in someways is cool, but shifting from one point to another point has it hassles.

The concept of an email department for this job is definitely different from the previous job. Here, it feels some what organized. But saying this is shooting the moon with a single shot. The bitchery of any company can only be done after one works with it for at least 6 months.

It’s only been 3 days, but the workplace is oh so cool. First of all the people, Serge thinks that he’ll enjoy the people here a lot; really funny and idiotic in the way he wants it to be. And some cute too.

Next up is the work environment, connection is routed and main server is in Australia. The department which he is in serves Logitech USA as their contact center. Which is just funky.

The work station is one of the cream of the crop. Dual monitors for most, a high possibility Serge may not get it as there seems to be some problem. But knowing this company the 5 people who joined will get dual monitors. We are allowed to bring back the items back home. Imagine getting stuff to play and test with for the name of technical support. And also stuff which has not come out into the market yet.

And so begins his new job. His occupation…to read YOUR emails directed to Logitech and to give answers to the forums. This is the first day, therefore those items mentioned will only be done in about 4-5 weeks time.

As for today, it’s a training on the web cameras which is made of god and win and every inbetween. The person in charged of the training is also the team leader of the department which Serge is currently in.

Because of policies, the name of the people whom Serge will be working with, will not be mention. What can be said is that, the people here are cool and they win apples for a lifetime. Of course there’s this really cute girl there.
