The above words comes from the legendary cartoon known as Saber Rider and The Star Sheriffs. Of course it was known in Japan as Sei Jūshi Bismarck (Star Musketeer Bismarck).
Right now he has season 1 of the above series, but there are some issues which he needs to solve.
