all of us will complain about the levels of the customer service in malaysia, esspecially if you’re a TM Net user who subscribes to their broadband package Streamyx. Serge works for them, so he does know how the fuck they work. Anyway this post has nothing to do with them rat ass but with Pos Malaysia.
Serge sent a package to Yvonne on wednesday via registered post. They did mention that it’ll take about 2-3 days, which means the latest it’ll reach will be by saturday. Like all malaysians, serge was uncomfortable so he went to their website and tracked his registered post

Now it’s the 21st, so he called their careline at 1300300300. Unlike the people at TM Net, who covers their ass …the customer representative asked serge for the recepient’s address and serge’s contact number. They even admitted that their system wasn’t updated yet so they were unable to tell serge the outcome of the package.
Around 1500hrs, the representative whom serge left the number with called him back. This was something amazing. She has stated that the package is now at Dayabumi and will be transfered to the office at Ampang by tomorrow, therefore it should reach to Yvonne by Saturday afternoon.
