who would have thought that, trying to say the words that one needs to say is as tough as not saying those words ? The emotional heart of humans are like the ocean wave, you can never predict them. The water can be calmed for the next few months, placing the captain of the boat in a calm soothing journey. A journey which will make the captain think that it will be alright. But we all know, that because of the -soothing- journey the captain disregards all signs of danger. Why do we humans do what we do ? Can’t we see that all of this -soothing- journey is about to end.
Serge knows that his journey is about to end, but not because he did not want it to continue to the graveyard of eternal pleasurement. Rather he ends it because, he cannot lead this anymore. The vital lies has broken him down so much, that he has forgotten to see the thruth. The thruth that he cannot keep up this charade anymore, has become apparent to himself. To the others, they do not know as serge knows how to provide the vital lies and the necessary thruths.
So if this journey ends, how will the others feel ? Isn’t he lying about what he said he will do ? In some ways yes, he lied. But it was needed. To protect those he loves, to make them believe what is needed. For them to hear what their heart wants to hear, serge has done it.
