Lock-up Rules 1953 (taken from NST ) :
Rule 7: Every prisoner shall be searched on admission and all clothing and property, other than one set of clothing, shall be removed, entered in the Prisoner’s Property Receipt Book, and placed in safe custody. Any monies or valuables sent for delivery to a prisoner shall be entered in the Prisoner’s Property Receipt Book and placed in safe custody.
Rule 8: A woman prisoner shall be searched only by a woman.
This is stupid, serge says. The rules contradict to what ACP Mazlan had said. It’s a blatant act of humiliation, and why the fuck are they saying ““It is the perpetrator behind the video clip whom we are after and not the policewoman, who was carrying out a routine check,”” ? sure you want to catch the person who shot the film, but right now it’s time for the PDRM to enforce the rules which the goverment has made and not to abuse the power vested to them.
Do not abuse your (PDRM) rights as a law enforcer and DO NOT INTERPRET the law with your own righteous thinking.

I think they just to cover up the issue, say it what they like. Thing is happen. This girl is chinese they(Police) don’t care. See what have they done to Canny Ong case. Michael Chong from MCA also cannot do much. Finally US Ambassador give 48hrs notice to find the suspect but Police take less 24hrs to find the suspect b’coz she is US citizen. Malaysia goverment is afraid to President Bush. In local talk like Thunder Cat but in front Bush like pussy cat. I can say poor fake to this Chinese girl.
