the work began at 0900, which ends at 1830. closing a minimum of 35 emails was the saily quota. a low number,but on some days it’s hard to achieve it. even though the email pool has 300++ cases. one may wonder why..they may wonder how, but there is no blue blue sky for that lemon tree.
serge doesn’t know if he achieved the required quota as the email system went down around 1600. this rendered his department useless until 1800. During this outage, the people who answered phone calls, had their system going down on them faster than one unzipping. With 30 mins left before he scooted,he only had 26 cases close. terrible he says.
several servers has gone crazy in the klang valley causing users the inability to access, frequent disconnection and other bitchiness. From serge’s experience he knows that the cause is from the rain, as most of the copper wire is old therefore it’ll cause some problems.
