Fraudulent Bitchiness.

So finally they have realized that their so-called high tech high security chip for the credit card can be duplicated. Funny thing is, for those who works in the grey line … we know that is is easy to do so. Technology is a tool that can be use for both good and evil. It was commendable for the government to embed the chip on to the credit card, but it was also highly stupid of them to proclaim that the technology that they are using is fool-proof and cannot be duplicated.

Recently in The Star Newspaper , federal police officers busted a syndicate and seized components to make cloned chip-based cards. Good job, serge says. But now with the fact that this type of cards can be cloned, what are the banks going to do about it ? Put another security system that will later be exploited by the greats or stop the use of credit cards ? Well that is something even serge cannot answer.

But what serge can say is this, be vigilant with the card that one owns. When paying, make sure that one can see the card reader. Do not ever place the card on the pay tray and let the waiter/waitress go to the cashier that is a few steps away. The chances of them having a reader to pull out one’s information is very high. Oh one more thing, before letting anybody insert the card into the reader…just check if there is any suspicious or foreign object. Simple things such as this can ensure about 80% of the integrity of the credit card that one uses.

Now with that simple advice dispensed, serge continues today’s posting with the following progress from the place of his work. Today’s work was nearly bad, the fact that the company that he is working for keeps bringing new people….serge here has to train them before they can start answering calls. Yesterday he trained them and today he trained them again. He wanted to break down and cry his eye-duct out, but with the great powers that is embedded in his system…or in the words of one of his mates, serge’s bitchiness kicked into gear.

Basically in the training, we are suppose to listen to the call that out trainee is handling and help him/her at that moment. But thanks to his great bitchiness, he did the impossible. Wait…..he is the man who makes the impossible possible. :P :P . Anyway, serge forced his trainee to answer the calls as though the trainee had already been answering calls since the first day. Consider this technique of his, throwing a man who doesn’t know how to swim into the deep end of the pool. It’s either one sinks or swims.

So from a day of which has gone nearly bad it became quite good.

For that, serge would like to say to her … “there is such a thing as a good day at work”.
