The Year after this Year
By Serge Norguard. Filed in Personal |its the 4th of december folks. yes it is. and in about 27 days the year 2004 will come to a close, bringing forward the year 2005 and thus starting the cycle all over. Now with this year coming to a close, have you doubted about the things you have done this year? Have you doubted about things you didn’t do or wanted to do ?
Like all mortal beings, we all have hopes and regrets for the year. And it is even more human and humanlike for us to start thinking about the past and the previous months during this time of the year. we think,we cry, we laugh and we ponder about all the things we may have regretted, things done to ourselves to our friends. that’s just us.
do you have regrets or have accomplish something you have hope for during this year? STOP, don’t answer. for i am not you, thus i do not want to know. but for me…i say that the year 2004 was both a year of regrets and accomplishment. accomplishment being the better of it mind you.
though we still have 27 days left before the year closes, but i feel that the year has come to a close. to me 2005 is already and my resolutions has not been made. yeah, resolutions. seems like everyone is making them, its not like its bad or anything but i just dont see how it works.
mind you, i respect the fact that there are some of you folks out there who can actually fulfill their own promise.of course i give even more respect to couples and those married folks who’s resolution is promise and kept to each other.
i think im crapping a lot for the time being, so i say i end this postings now. but always remember that the ticket for the future is always blank. and if this year for you isn’t clean, throw away the ticket that you have noe and take another ticket when the new year arrives
