Recently i talked to this person, who is a good person to begin with. The only problem which lacks in this person is the skill of proper counselling.

this person is loved and also hated by many people. this person sometimes give good counsel, sometimes …it goes a bit off. But all in all it’s good.

i’m not putting this person down in anyway what so ever, but this person has one weakness. When ever this person counsels, this person does not give choices…this person does not. I told this person about this weakness that this person has….in the end, this person agreed and told me that “i know…but i cant help it”.

It’s really hard to give counsel to people, all of us are humans to begin with…we make mistakes. But giving counsel and telling a person to do something…. make that giving an ULTIMATUM to that person, is just too wrong in my opinion.

After awhile we talked about our religion, that is when (with great powers of bitchyness) shot back. As the person told me about God giving choices to the person-self, i told the person…
that if God can give us choice….you to must give choice to people.

Never give them an ultimatum. People needs choices…without it, this world will be such a one way street. There are a lot of choices, but choices that a person makes is beneficial.

So to all who understand the counselling world…never give an ultimatum… “YOU MUST….”, but say to those love ones you want to protect …. “CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING”.
